A number of 'toning shoes' are now available to buy in the UK, and other countries, and though TrimSoles may share some similarities, they also have their own unique attributes. TrimSoles offer an effective, stylish and cost-effective alternative to a number of competitive products that are available.

TrimSoles come in standard whole sizes only. If you normally take a half size we generally recommend going up to the nearest whole size, however different style TrimSoles will vary in fit so please look for extra instructions for the particular style of shoe you are interested in. If you are unhappy with your TrimSoles in any way we offer a full refund policy, as long as they are returned to us unused and in a re-saleable condition. TrimSoles are designed to slightly affect the way that you walk so that they can help tone a number of different muscles in the body. You may feel some initial discomfort as your body begins to benefit from the adjustments but this discomfort will soon pass. We think you will soon find them to be the most comfortable shoes you have ever worn! Let yourself adjust to them gradually before wearing them full-time.

Most parts of TrimSole® Footwear can be cleaned using a damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or anything containing bleach. Do not put TrimSoles in a washing machine or dryer. Do not completely submerge TrimSoles in water.

Please note: the sizing information provided is a guide only, some of which has been compiled from the feedback recieved from TrimSole® customers.

	AMANDA BLACK, PEWTER & WHITE We have found that this style is coming up a little small, especially across the bridge of the foot in comparison to our other styles, so we would recommend that customers buy one size up. Alternatively if you are half a size, then go up to the next full size.
	MARILYN, JANE, CLARA & LANA The classic and comfortable toe-posted flip–flop sandal which generally suits any width foot. The best fit will see a little space left between the end of your toes and the front of the sandal.
	AVA Ava is a very comfortable TrimSole® with no toe–post that has two adjustable buckles across the foot. Ideal for any width foot, especially a wider foot as the straps can be adjusted accordingly.
	SOPHIA Sophia is a very comfortable TrimSole® with no toe–post that has one adjustable buckle across the front of the foot and a comfortable elastic slingback around the base of the ankle. This style does suit a wider foot. You may need to go down half a size or full size when purchasing this style as it comes up a little bigger than our other styles.
	ROCKERS 'Rockers' are this years must have summer look. Hard wearing, colourful and cool – TrimSole® 'Rockers' suit a normal or narrow foot with colours to match all beach wear. This versatile shoe has a rear strap that can be adjusted forward to form a clog like style, so two styles in one!
	TONA TRAINERS TrimSole® Tona's provide the perfect balance between comfort and support when worn correctly. They are sized slightly larger compared to other styles, we therefore recommend if you are a half size to go down a size when choosing your Tona. With training shoes there should be about a thumbs width between your longest toe and the front of the trainer to achieve the best fit possible.
