  TrimSole® Footwear Returns / Refunds / Cancellation Policy - Effective as of 6th July 2012
  (Any goods returned to us prior to 6th July will be dealt with using the previous TrimSole® Returns / Exchange Policy)

If you wish to return your TrimSole® Footwear for whatever reason, we will be happy to refund unworn, unmarked goods (with original packaging in a saleable condition) within 14 days of the delivery.

Refunds

If you are returning your goods for a refund, please ensure the Returns Form is completed with all the necessary information. We will only refund TrimSole® Footwear that is returned unworn, unmarked and in re-saleable condition. You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item/s you return. You will be not refunded the postal charge. You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Returns Process for Refunds
  1. To return your TrimSole® Footwear, download and print this Returns Form and complete all the necessary information. It is essential that you complete all the information required correctly so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible.
  2. Put your TrimSole® Footwear back in to the clear TrimSole® bag they came in ensuring all labels are still attached then pack in the mailing bag or box and enclose your completed Returns Form. Return to the address shown on the Returns Form.
  3. We recommend that you send your returns via Royal Mail Recorded / Special Delivery or a secure insured carrier that will provide proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any returns that go missing.
  4. The cost of returning items is to be bourn by the customer and cannot be claimed back.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive a pair of faulty TrimSole® Footwear, please call us on 0844 441 4820(Calls charged at 5p per minute. Mobiles may vary.) (Monday to Friday 8am – 7pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm) to arrange either an exchange or refund. Once we receive your faulty item, we will process an exchange within 14 days or a refund within 30 days. If you require your item to be exchanged, we will send out your goods free of charge. If you require a refund for your faulty item we will also refund the postage you originally paid.

Incorrect Item Received

Cancellation of Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day in which you receive your goods. Should you do this, you must return the goods to us as soon as possible. We advise sending the unworn, undamaged goods via Royal Mail Recorded / Special Delivery or a secure insured carrier that will provide proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any returns that go missing.

FAQ’s

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Once you have placed your order with TrimSole.com it will be too late to change the details of that order through the website. If you realise you have made an error or simply wish to alter what you have purchased, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to resolve this for you. If we have already processed your order you will need to undergo the returns process to obtain a refund and submit a new order.

Can I return 1 item bought in a multibuy offer? (Examples of Multibuys are '3 for 2' or 'buy 1 get 1 free or half price' or buy X number of products for £xx)

When buying into a Multibuy promotion you are buying into a package offer. Therefore, if you return 1 item from the offer for a refund, the order is no longer eligible for the promotion.

This means that if you return 1 item for a refund you must pay the original selling price for the item(s) you have kept (excluding postage).

Can I return TrimSole® Footwear to a store?

TrimSole® Footwear can only be purchased from TrimSole.com or from DirectBeautyProducts.com. TrimSole® are currently not sold in any stores. If you need to return your TrimSole® Footwear, you will need to follow the Returns Procedure.

I have received the incorrect item, what should I do?

The item I received is faulty, what should I do?

When will I receive my refund/exchange?

It usually takes up to 14 working days for us to process items for exchange and up to 30 days to process a refund.

The size I ordered does not fit, can I exchange for another size?

We do not exchange items. You would first need to return items for a refund and then re-submit a new purchase in the usual way.

I returned an item but it has gone missing

If you have returned your order using Royal Mail Recorded / Special Delivery or another secure courier you may need to claim this back as lost post through your chosen courier. We cannot be held responsible for items posted back to us that have gone missing.

Please keep hold of all your receipts and proof of postage when returning an item, without this you will be unable to make a claim in the event of your return being lost.

What is the warranty for your products?

Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products sold by TrimSole.com carry a full manufacturer’s warranty, protecting you from all basic defects in workmanship and failure in use within the first thirty days of purchase. Our returns and guarantee policy operates according to the standard SALE OF GOODS act of 1978. Full refunds will be issued if products experience manufacturing defects or failure in use within the first 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee against standard wear and tear, and we do reserve the right to seek a second opinion from an independent body when defect inspections are required.

TrimShorts™ Returns Policy

Please wear underwear when trying this garment on. If returned without the attached tag, we cannot offer a refund and the goods will be returned to you.If there is evidence that suggests that the TrimShorts have been worn then we reserve the right not to issue a refund. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer exchanges, you would first need to return items for a refund and them re-submit a new purchase in the usual way. We only exchange Faulty TrimShorts or if you received an incorrect item.
